John Ferguson has a wide variety of experience with an emphasis on water, employment, and construction law. With litigation experience from working at a large Portland, Oregon law firm (Bullivant Houser Bailey) for two years and then co-founding and serving as executive director and staff attorney for the Montana Water Trust for six years, Mr. Ferguson brings a unique and invaluable perspective to the practice of law in Montana, including facilitating water transactions from beginning to end, handling all aspects of the employment process, and representing clients in diverse construction law disputes.
