John Ferguson founded Ferguson Law Office, PLLC in 2007 and his offices are located in Missoula, Montana.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of water, construction, and employment law and provides criminal defense representation.

John lives in Missoula with his wife, Hadley, and daughter, Sarah.  He enjoys hiking, camping, floating Montana's rivers, playing guitar, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Lindsy Brasier works as a full-time paralegal for Ferguson Law Office, PLLC. Lindsy graduated from the University of Montana’s College of Technology, located in Missoula, Montana, with a degree in Paralegal Studies in 2008. 

Lindsy provides litigation and transactional support and performs research, writing, legal analysis, investigation, and many other critical functions to help meet the needs of Ferguson Law Office clients.

Lindsy is a fifth generation Montanan.  She enjoys spending time with her husband, Travis, and son, Talon.  She also enjoys camping, floating, attending Grizzly Football Games and spending time with family and friends.
